1. Potatoes- Very thin sliced potatoes can help tighten the eye area and make bags less noticeable. Leave on the eyes for 10 minutes.
2. Avocados- A half of an avocado mashed up makes a great moisturizer. Place on the face for 10-15 minutes and rinse with cold water.
3. Eggs- For a natural conditioner beat an egg with 2 table spoons of water and apply to damp hair. Leave in for 15-20 minutes.
4. Baking Soda- A paste of baking soda and water applied at bedtime will dry up and draw pimples out overnight.
5. Kiwi- 1 teaspoon of honey 1 ripe Kiwi peeled Mix the kiwi in a blender or mash with a fork if it is soft, strain the excess liquid (juice) and add he teaspoon of honey. Apply the mass on the face and leave on for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off with warm water. It improves the overall look of the skin and makes it elastic.
6. Oatmeal/Milk- Combine 1 cup of oatmeal, 1\\2 cup of milk. Oatmeal has cleansing properties as well as mild exfoliating properties.
7. Lime or Lemons- They are also astringents, meaning they shrink the pores which in turn reduces sweating. Citric fruits help cleanse the skin and eliminate bacteria causing the odor. To use it, cut a lemon (or lime) in half and rub it against the skin. Again, make sure you take a shower beforehand.
8. Olive oil - softens the skin and reduces itching. Apply it on the affected area including scalp.
9. Castor Oil- Apply odorless castor oil to the crepe-like skin under the eyes or on the throat. Great wrinkle treatment.
10. Yogurt- Mix a cup of natural yogurt with a tablespoon of honey and leave on for 10-15 minutes. Rinse off thoroughly. This is a great moisturizing treatment.
