Mrs. /Ms. Traditional

Mrs. /Ms. Traditional: This woman is Mrs. Clever she is the perfect house wife. She works around the house while the husband goes to work. She makes sure that the family is always feed and on time. Her daily routine may occasional include grocery shopping and housekeeping. She is more commonly referred to as a housewife. Housewife is offensive to some, perhaps because of an implied contrast with career woman (just a housewife) because it defines an occupation in terMs. of a woman's relation to a man. She attends all school functions. She is also an active member of the school’s PTA. She is even tempered but can also play a firm hand when necessary. She is the person that everyone can go to without judgment. She is counted on to keep schedules and appointments. She may also do volunteer work around the community. She can do more of what she wants to do. This is a job like any other, but there is no pay and your bonus is a happy family. Thing she does regularly.

• Budgeting (planning how money should be spent on food and other family needs)
• Planning meals
• Buying food
• Preparing and cooking food
• Serving food
• Cleaning the house
• Doing seasonal cleaning like washing all the curtains
• Decorating (arranging the furniture and ornaments, and choosing the colors of things)
• Washing clothes
• Ironing clothes
• Mending clothes (and sometimes making them)
• Shopping for new clothes and other family needs
• Getting children and partners ready for school and work
• Preparing lunches
And so much more!

Her weakness: Mrs./ Ms. Traditional weakness is that once the children leave she will go through a time where she may feel useless. Her other weakness is that if a time comes when she will have to seek employment to make ends meet, she would not be able to maintain the home exactly as she would when she wasn’t employed.

(I am only describing my friends most women may fit into these categories others may not. Don’t see something feel free to fill out a form or create your own page on this site to elaborate.)
